Due to its popularity with visitors and locals, to the limited capacity in each basket and especially the measures taken against COVID-19, we advise you to book in advance, especially if you want a particular flight date.

If weather conditions affects your take-off, your balloon flight may be cancelled, in case you are available the next day. Our staff will modify your reservation, if space permits, otherwise we will refund your full deposit.

We will send you an e-mail or inform your hotel of the pick-up time of your balloon, the evening before your flight.

Passengers must pay at the latest one day before the ballooning activity. We will contact you to collect the payment directly where you are (Riad / Hotel / Residences) we only accept cash payments (MAD, USD, EUR and GBP). And you have the possibility to pay online in Euro only (for the moment).

Based on the hotel's location, we'll pick you up at your hotel around 30 to 60 minutes before your flight and then transfer you to our base within the palm grove.

Hot air Balloon can accommodate 12-24 people and 10-16 passengers for flights with a luxury touch in regular flights. The passengers are divided into different compartments inside the balloon to ensure that everyone can enjoy stunning views from either side. The balloon's volume and the temperature outside, elevation above the sea, and other variables influence the number of passengers who fly daily.
